Welcome to FEDUS B2B. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds for our FEDUS products sold to B2B customers. By purchasing our products, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

2.1 Conditions for Refund

Refunds are granted under the following conditions:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
  • The product does not match the specifications or description provided at the time of purchase.
  • The product is returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.

2.2 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage by the customer.
  • Custom or special order products that were specifically manufactured per customer requirements.
  • Products not returned within the specified return period.

3.1 Requesting a Return

3.2 Return Authorization

Upon approval of your return request, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning the product. Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.

 

3.3 Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the product. Please ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 to 5 business days.
